Nemo's Bar & Restaurant at Stoney Cove

Excellent excellent excellent place. Beautifully located with thoughtful interior decor which goes with diving theme. Nice local ale with superb fish and chips. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. Lovely place for family outing. Great terrace area overlooking the cove.

AWESOME place, we love it here. When we pulled into the car park we nearly turned around as there is building work going on at the moment, but we are soooo glad we didn't. The beautiful side terrace is open along with the inside and the work did not impact on us at all. It was still beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The food was fantastic and very good value

Visited here for the first time. We were impressed with the views. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly, and the service was quick. We would quite happily visit again. It's worth noting that there is an accessible entrance to the rear outside seating. It's to the left of the pub (it looks like an area for staff only), but the only other way has got steps and isn't suitable.

Right where do I start with a shipyard usually. What a brilliant place to go on a sunny day. All the bar staff are super friendly and helpful. The bar itself has a great vibe with its ship/diving theme. A pier type outdoor seating area with a complete view of the cove. And plenty of indoor seating to accommodate the restaurant keeping with the ship style theme. They have a good selection of beers ales and ciders along with a good selection of spirits. Along with hot drinks and plenty kids drink options too. Now the food, the burgers are delicious home made style beef burger with the choice of fries or chunky chips and they always come out cooked spot on in my opinion but they are a thick burger so some would probably like it a little more done.. they also do chicken and fish but haven’t tried them yet so cannot comment. We have also had the steak chia batter which is also spot on. Overall the food is very good. They have also started doing a bike night on a Tuesday so it does get very busy must be over 400 people plus turn up on average so it becomes alot busier than usual. The staff handle it well with a good queuing system and still fast service. Toilets are always clean. Along with the place it’s self. Definitely worth a visit even if your not from the area. Thanks

First visit to Nemo's for lunch and we were not disappointed. Greeted by very pleasant staff and this did not vary during the meal, all very attentive. Fair choice menu and promptly delivered. The best part for me was all the meals were served very hot, nothing lukewarm. 4x drink, main course and sweet 82, excellent value. Clearly renovations are currently underway and entrance to the restaurant a little dire but come the summer I can see the potential with the views across Stoney Cove. Thank you.

Lovely setting, sitting outside in the warm sun overlooking the water. A nice and easy relaxed atmosphere. Had to wait a while for my coffee to arrive, but otherwise highly recommend a visit.

Never had an issue at Nemos with the food, always spot on The views are stunning. The staff are friendly. My only minor gripe is that the tables are not numbered, so when ordering at the bar, it can cause confusion. We had food brought over to us a couple of times that was not our order. Could easily be solved with numbered spoons or something similar

First time here. Just nipped in with my family and what a lovely place. Lovely service staff really nice. Views great too, lovely in the summer months. Well worth a visit, we didnt eat but from what i saw of others food looked really good.
